Refund policy
REFUND
We will be happy, upon presentation of the receipt, to refund the new, unused merchandise and its original packaging within 15 days of your purchase in any Deco Luminaire store. Any refund will be made according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.
For purchases made online
Products purchased online and not at one of our branches will not be eligible for refund.
However, you will be entitled to an in-store exchange or credit for any product purchased online.
EXCHANGES
We will be happy, upon presentation of the receipt, to exchange the new, unused merchandise and in its original packaging within 30 days of your purchase in any Deco Luminaire store.
GUARANTEE
We will be happy, upon presentation of the receipt, to repair or exchange, at the choice of the store, any defective goods in any Deco Luminaire store or by contacting an agent of our Customer Service. If the defective goods cannot be repaired or exchanged, your purchase will be refunded. However, this guarantee does not cover normal wear, misuse and accidental breakage.
Instructions for returns
RETURN TO THE STORE
To avoid shipping costs, you can return the goods to any Deco Luminaire store.
Please follow the following instructions:
Return the unused/undamaged item (s) to the original packaging with all instructions, parts and accessories to ensure credit to your account.
Bring your invoice with you to the store as proof of purchase and the amount paid.
To secure a credit, the items must be returned within 15 days of your purchase.
If your purchase was made in whole or in part with a promotional card, the refund in store will be made in the same form as the original payment; you will receive a promotional card again if the promotion is still in effect. If the promotion is no longer in effect, you will receive a gift card refund equal to the amount of the promotional card.
